Oracle SCM domain consultant

We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant (4+ Years) to manage and deliver end-to-end implementation, configuration, rollout, and support for Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain Management modules. The consultant will act as the bridge between core supply chain business operations and enterprise software configurations to optimize end-to-end supply chain cycles. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Module Ownership: Configure, implement, and support core Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules, focusing heavily on Purchasing (PO), Inventory Management (INV), Order Management (OM), and Bills of Material (BOM). Business Analysis & Solution Design: Gather and analyze complex supply chain business requirements, create functional specifications (BR100, MD50), and design fit-for-purpose Oracle SCM solutions. Project Lifecycle: Actively drive full lifecycle implementation, rollout phases, module enhancements, and post-implementation production support. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with technical developers, solution architects, finance teams (O2C & P2P integration), and warehouse/manufacturing domain stakeholders. Testing & Support: Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve critical L2/L3 production incidents, and deliver structured end-user training. Mobility: Willingness to travel to client and plant sites as per milestone requirements (no travel constraints). Eligibility & Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 3+ to 4+ years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle EBS R12 SCM. Domain & Technical Depth: Strong functional expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory costing, item master setups, and multi-level BOM structures. Project Track Record: Proven involvement in at least 1–2 end-to-end Oracle implementation or global rollout cycles. Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills for client-facing workshops and documentation.
