Assistant Sourcing Manager Job Designation: Assistant Manager – Procurement Location: C V Raman Nagar, Bangalore Educational Qualification: Graduate (any discipline) Required Experience : 7 to 8 years Working Hours: Standard business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM Working Days: 6 days per week Requirements: Direct procurement experience required – not operations background. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Procurement: Manage procurement and support FM team to ensure results aligned with Sourcing & Internal Controls objectives Develop and implement price agreements with suppliers following DOA limits Oversee PO creation/update in JLL system per SLA Monitor deliveries, claims, returns and exchanges when escalated Commercial liaison between requesters and suppliers for spot buys Simplify procurement process and facilitate change management Ensure compliance with JLL Policies, LA Sourcing Guidelines and client's Internal Controls Perform quarterly self-assessments and resolve P2P issues Vendor & Contract Management: Manage (Vendor Performance & Contracts) and (Vendor Management) Maintain vendor files per JLL contractual policies (contracts, amendments, insurance certificates, documentation) Ensure team updates Preferred Vendor List (PVL) quarterly and uploads authorized vendors on Delphi Ensure internal controls compliance for audits Oversee vendor creation/update/unblock process Location: On-site –Bengaluru, KA Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
