Coordinate with courier services, transporters, and delivery partners. Prepare invoices, dispatch challans, packing lists, and shipping documents. Maintain dispatch records, stock registers, and delivery tracking details. Coordinate with the warehouse, production, sales, and accounts departments. Supervise and manage the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and safe handling of products. Monitor pending orders, delivery status, and returned shipments. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and efficiency within the team. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations. Good team management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Good behaviour, a positive attitude, and professional conduct. Responsible, punctual, honest, and well-organized. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and billing software. Ability to handle work pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
