Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with a focus on purchase order (PO) creation, amendments, and variations. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth closure of supply chain processes and expediting operations to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all operations. - Oversee the creation and amendment of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. - Monitor variations in supply chain processes and implement corrective actions as necessary. - Ensure timely closure of supply chain activities, coordinating with various departments to achieve targets. - Expedite orders and manage inventory levels to meet demand forecasts. - Generate and analyze reports related to supply chain performance, providing insights for continuous improvement. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. - Proficiency in PO creation and amendments. - Ability to manage variations and ensure timely closure of processes. - Experience in expediting orders and reporting on supply chain metrics. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
