Inventory Controller

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and possess a strong background in inventory management, particularly within ERP/SAP systems. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory processes, supporting our operations as an importer and stockist of alloy, spring, and die steels. **Role Summary:** As an Inventory Controller, you will manage day-to-day inventory transactions for all inbound and outbound materials. You will ensure that all stock movements are recorded accurately and in real-time within our ERP/SAP system, supporting the implementation and adoption of digital inventory processes at the warehouse and shop-floor levels. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Inventory Management & ERP/SAP Compliance:** - Manage daily inventory transactions and ensure accurate recording of stock movements. - Support ERP implementation and ensure proper adoption of digital inventory processes. - Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records. 2. **Warehouse Operations & Stock Movement Control:** - Ensure adherence to warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock transfers and ensure proper documentation. 3. **Stock Audit & Reconciliation:** - Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with ERP/system records. - Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting. 4. **Inventory Reporting & Analysis:** - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management. - Monitor inventory KPIs and highlight any major variances or operational issues. **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of inventory management and accounting principles. - Proficiency in ERP and SAP systems. - Excellent organizational and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Personal vehicle required for daily commute due to warehouse location. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from 2.0 Lakh INR to 3.5 Lakh INR per annum, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
