 To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Senior Analyst - VMI located in Chennai. What a typical day looks like: Good understanding of accounting basics, journal entries, accruals, provisions and reconciliation Journal posting, account reconciliation, clearing and basic GL analysis Basic understanding of cost centers, allocations, absorption and cost postings Execute close activities as per checklist and timeline Prepare reconciliations and follow up on open items Identify and explain basic month-on-month variances Prepare and post standard/manual journal entries Prepare recurring accruals based on inputs Reconcile balances and follow up on mismatches VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, basic data analysis Follow process controls and maintain supporting documents Provide requested supporting documents Support investigation and provide transaction-level details Identify improvement opportunities Coordinate with internal teams for routine requirements Clear written and verbal communication Complete assigned activities and support peers Own assigned tasks and meet timelines The experience we’re looking to add to our team: B.com / BBA(Finance) / M.Com / MBA(Finance). Good understanding on MS applications. 0-1 Year Exp in Accounting /AP Domain Good knowledge of accounting principles. Good written/oral communication skills in English Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems. Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
