Sourcing Contract Administrator What this job involves: As a Sourcing Analyst at JLL, you will lead strategic procurement initiatives that drive value across our APAC operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing category-specific sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts that align with our business objectives across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning multiple countries to identify cost savings opportunities, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. What your day-to-day will look like: Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for assigned categories that support business needs across APAC markets while driving measurable value Lead end-to-end procurement processes including supplier identification, RFx management, proposal evaluation, and contract negotiation with vendors across the APAC region Analyse market trends, supplier capabilities, and total cost of ownership across multiple APAC countries to inform sourcing decisions and recommendations Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers across the region to ensure service level agreements are met and performance is continuously improved Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and business units in APAC locations to understand requirements and align sourcing activities with organisational goals Monitor contract compliance, manage supplier performance scorecards, and conduct regular business reviews to identify improvement opportunities across the region Identify and execute cost savings initiatives while maintaining quality standards and managing risk exposure in accordance with regulatory requirements across APAC markets Prepare reports and presentations that communicate sourcing strategies, savings achievements, and supplier performance metrics to regional and global leadership Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Finance, or related field Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management with regional or multi-country exposure Demonstrated success in managing complex sourcing projects and delivering measurable cost savings across diverse markets Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to structure and execute favourable contract terms across different business environments and cultures Proficiency in procurement systems, spend analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organisational levels across diverse cultural contexts Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements across key APAC markets Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline Experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or professional services industries in APAC Knowledge of contract law, risk management principles, and regulatory compliance requirements across multiple APAC countries Experience with e-procurement platforms, ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle), and spend management software systems Track record of managing vendor relationships and sourcing operations across multiple APAC countries with understanding of regional market dynamics Familiarity with sustainable procurement practices and corporate social responsibility initiatives Willingness to work effectively across multiple time zones Location: On-site –Kolkata, WB Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
