Fulfillment Executive

Print invoices, shipping labels, and daily order documentation. Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for dispatch. Maintain daily dispatch counts and accurate shipment manifests. Coordinate timely handover of shipments to logistics partners. Track shipment movement and proactively flag delays or delivery issues. Accept and process return and exchange requests as per company policy. Verify returned products for quality, accuracy, and eligibility. Update return status and maintain accurate reverse-logistics records. Coordinate with the customer support team regarding return and exchange queries. Ensure packaging meets brand standards and protects products during transit. Maintain an organised dispatch and returns area. Assist with periodic stock checks and report discrepancies or damages. Monitor inventory levels and identify fast-moving products nearing stock-out. Coordinate with procurement/production teams for timely replenishment. Support smooth operations during peak dispatch periods. Maintain accurate records using basic computer systems and order-management tools. .
