Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments of supplier quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to mitigate risks. - Collaborate with suppliers to develop and improve quality assurance processes, ensuring that products meet specifications and quality standards. - Monitor supplier performance through audits and assessments, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and procurement, to address quality concerns and implement solutions. - Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and internal teams. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Familiarity with quality management systems and industry standards.
