Role & responsibilities Ensuring all the RM / PM are available as per the plan/forecast Preparation of FTOs and PRs Monitoring timely delivery of materials and timely dispatches Coordinating with CFTs for smooth functioning and completion of the monthly targets Coordinating and tracking of new projects Monitoring of Projects, preparing a detailed project schedule, and tracking Coordinating with all the CFTs to smoothly complete the monthly plan and new projects. Arranging the PRs required for new projects Follow up for the completion of PFIs Technical/ Functional Knowledge and Skills Good knowledge of the pharma process from manufacturing to packing Knowledge of GMP requirements Good knowledge on production planning and scheduling Good communication skill Good in Excel sheets and report preparation SAP / ERP knowledge is must Planning and Coordination .
