Packaging and Vendor Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Packaging and Vendor Management Specialist to join our team in Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging processes and vendor management, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while maintaining efficient supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the packaging development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement packaging solutions that align with our brand and product requirements. You will also manage relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring that all packaging materials are sourced in a cost-effective manner without compromising quality. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing packaging strategies that enhance product presentation and protect product integrity. - Collaborating with product development, marketing, and quality assurance teams to ensure packaging meets regulatory and customer requirements. - Conducting vendor assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and timely delivery of materials. - Analyzing packaging costs and identifying opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality. - Staying updated on industry trends and innovations in packaging technology and materials. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
